Terms and Conditions

DIANI EVENTS
Design. Celebrate. Remember.
The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with Diani Events. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to abide by the terms outlined below.
1. Advance Payment
A 20% advance payment is required to confirm and lock the booking date.
2. Second Payment
50% of the total event amount (including the 20% advance already paid) must be cleared within 3 days of booking confirmation.
3. Final Payment
The remaining 30% of the total amount must be paid on the same day the event concludes.
4. Advance Non-Refundable
The advance amount paid is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. No Cancellations
Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Coupon / Discount Adjustment
Any coupon or discount amount will be adjusted against the final 30% payment; the remaining balance after adjustment must still be paid in full.
7. No Post-Event Disputes on Payment
Full payment is mandatory regardless of personal satisfaction with the event. Dissatisfaction is not a valid reason to withhold or reduce payment.
8. Rescheduling
Any request to reschedule the event date must be raised at least 15 days in advance and is subject to availability; rescheduling charges may apply.
9. Guest Count & Additional Charges
Any increase in guest count, additional services, or last-minute changes requested will be charged extra, over and above the agreed amount.
10. Damage to Property
The client will be held responsible for any damage caused to venue property, decor items, or equipment by their guests during the event.
11. Force Majeure
Diani Events will not be held liable for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural calamities, government restrictions, power outages, etc.). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or adjust services.
12. Vendor & Venue Availability
Services are subject to vendor and venue availability at the time of booking; substitutions of equal or better value may be made if required.
13. Media Usage Rights
Diani Events reserves the right to use photographs/videos from the event for promotional and portfolio purposes, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
14. Punctuality & Access
The client must ensure timely venue access is provided to our team as per the agreed schedule to avoid setup delays.
15. Taxes
All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
16. Full and Final Settlement
The event will be considered complete only after full payment is cleared. Any pending dues must be settled on the day of the event without exception.
